The Tukwila Pool has engaged Sports Facilities Advisory, LLC (SFA) to
conduct a feasibility analysis related to the potential development of aquatics and recreation facilities located in Tukwila.
The SFA will focus on conducting a market analysis of the South Center Business District as well as the viability of the current site that the Tukwila Pool sits on. The information collected will equip SFA with the data needed to produce the financial performance analysis that provides an assessment of the opportunity to develop facilities.
