Water Aerobics

Classes BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Monday & Wednesday 9:15 am – 10:15 am

A low-impact workout for all abilities. Exercises are performed in waist to chest-deep water. This class is an excellent combination of aerobic and static exercises. 

Tuesday & Thursday 9:15 am – 10:15 am Hydro Cardio

A high-impact challenging workout for all abilities. Exercises are performed in chest-deep to deep water. This class is an excellent combination of strength and cardio training.

Saturday 9:00 am – 10:00 am (Beginning November 7th, 2020)

Power Plunge!
Bring your goggles and explore movement with breath. An hour of fun, flexibility and resistance/power training. 
 
Disclosure (This class involves submerging under the surface of the water, and extended periods of brief breath holding)
